Your baby is the most precious thing in the world to you. You should make sure the person taking your newborn photos knows what they’re doing. When searching for a newborn photographer be sure to be ask some of these questions!
Safety. Does the photographer have an assistant? A spotter is important for so many reason. A newborn assistant keeps eyes on baby at all time. The 2 seconds it takes to lift your camera up to your eyes is enough time for baby to suddenly move and get hurt. No one wants a baby to get hurt, which is why we always work with an assistant.
Cleanliness. Does your photographer sanitize their studio and props?
Training. Does your photographer have any formal training or are they self taught? If they are self taught are they well educated in safe posing?
Comfortability. Does your photographer allow baby to work on their own schedule?
Health. What will they do if they or their assistant are sick? Can you easily reschedule if you are sick?

We currently accept 8 newborn due dates per month to ensure that if we are sick, or need to reschedule, we can always get you in that timeframe!
