Fine art maternity portraits have become such a popular request in the last few years. Moms wanting something not only timeless, but beautiful and creative, for their maternity session in Phoenix. When you first get pregnant, there is so much to think about. Worry about. But when it comes to your fine art maternity portraits, leave it to me. I have it all for you.

 

What to wear for your editorial maternity portraits

While your body is changing daily, you don’t ever have to worry about what to wear for your Fine art maternity portraits or editorial maternity portraits at my studio. I have an extensive client closet filled with beautiful body suits, sleek dresses, extravagant gowns, suits, silks, and so much more. These are all included in your session fee. In addition, you will have the chance to come to the studio prior to try on our outfits to make sure you love what we have. Of course you are always welcome to bring in your own attire for your maternity session. The goal is for you to feel amazing and if you have an outfit that makes you feel that way, we will rock it!

 

When to book your maternity session

The majority of my mothers book their session when they enter their second trimester. I recommend booking your editorial maternity session (or fine art maternity session) when you are 28-32 weeks pregnant. This is the sweet spot where you have a cute belly but you aren’t too swollen and tired yet. It’s still easy to maneuver as well! Additionally, the longer you wait the more of a chance you run of an early delivery and not getting your maternity session at all. I’ve had that happen to a few clients and it’s always so sad!
